Program Return Policy
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return
R.S.V.P. for Weddings
to Elaine Enterprises Inc. for a full refund of the purchase price.
Refunds will be made only when the software CD is still in the original
plastic wrap. Should your shipment arrive damaged, please contact
us and we will arrange for a replacement.
Favors Return Policy
Due to the personalized style of wedding favors sold on our Web
site, we cannot make refunds. However, we will gladly work with
you in placing your order to assure that it is exactly what you
desire for your wedding day.
Gifts Return Policy
Since we are using your invitation to create a one-of-a-kind gift,
we cannot make refunds.
Accessories Return Policy
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return the Gifts Received Binder
and the Gifts Received Cards if you are not satisfied. Refunds will
be made only when these items are returned in their original condition.
Should your shipment arrive damaged, please contact us and we will
arrange for replacement items.

Sending Destination
Party Cups Imprint Copy
You may send the imprint copy directly in an email or choose to
attach a Word document. Final spell checks and editing must be complete
prior to sending copy. Please email to Elaine
Enterprises . Include your order confirmation number (obtained
at end of ordering process and emailed to you) along with your name,
telephone number and the favor requested. If you have any questions

Sending Photos
used with Wedding Favors
Wedding favors with your photo requires a digital photo to be emailed
to Elaine
Enterprises as a 300 dpi or higher JPEG (yourphoto.jpg).
Please include your order confirmation number (obtained at end of
ordering process and emailed to you) along with your name, telephone
number and the favor requested. If you choose to mail a 35mm photo
for scanning also include the above information along with your
order confirmation number and mail to the address below. If you
include a stamped self-addressed envelope, your photo will be returned.

Sending your Wedding Invitation
You may send your wedding invitation to the address below. Include
your order confirmation number (obtained at end of ordering process
and emailed to you) along with your name and telephone number. If
